About The Position
The Director - Real Estate is responsible for coordinating leasing activities, both as tenant and landlord, and assigned property management activities for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities. The Director advises management on real estate matters and works with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with business requirements and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Seven years of experience in real estate, including three years of experience at the senior portfolio management level.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Healthcare real estate experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing activities for Piedmont Healthcare and related entities, both as tenant and landlord.
- Coordinate assigned property management activities.
- Advise management on real estate matters.
- Work with executives to develop and implement real estate strategies consistent with business requirements and operational needs.
