The Technical & Quality Assurance team upholds product quality and technical standards within Walmart Brand General Merchandise. Collaborating closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Merchants, and suppliers, the team ensures products consistently meet customer expectations and company requirements. They drive continuous improvement and quality risk mitigation through effective quality management practices. This team emphasizes leadership in quality policy, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous quality improvement to maintain excellence and support Walmart’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality products to customers.
