Pinal County is seeking a dedicated and courageous leader to serve as the Director of the Public Fiduciary’s Office. This crucial role provides guardianship and conservatorship to the county's most vulnerable adults. The successful Director must be able to inspire and empower staff, create a culture where every voice is heard, and synthesize insights into strategic plans that enrich the experiences of all stakeholders. This position is not covered under the Pinal County Merit System. Incumbents in this position serve at the pleasure of their respective Appointing Authority. The employment relationship is "at will" and employment may be terminated at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
