Requirements
- Legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues including retirement plan investments, fiduciary governance, and fee disclosure requirements.
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong writing skills
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Interest in ERISA
- Experience in securities and banking law
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products.
Responsibilities
