The junior associate would be involved in fiduciary work for our retirement services group. An ideal candidate will possess legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues including retirement plan investments, fiduciary governance, and fee disclosure requirements. Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products is a plus. Requirements
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong writing skills
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience
- Interest in ERISA
- Experience in securities and banking law
