The Director, Project Management serves as the internal portfolio lead for an assigned book of business. This individual is a strategic and execution-focused leader who partners closely with Account teams to build and maintain accurate work projections, prioritize initiatives, and ensure the portfolio remains operationally sound and financially healthy. The Director, Project Management is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of high-quality work that drives client satisfaction, meets business objectives, and balances client and agency economics. This role leads and mentors a multi-skilled team of Project Managers while driving operational excellence across the business.
