About The Position

GreenSky is seeking a Director of Project Management to own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive critical business outcomes. The role leads initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring process enhancements are delivered on time, within scope, and with transparency. It requires disciplined execution and the ability to operate in fast-paced, regulated enterprise environments while surfacing risks early, driving decisions, continually improving processes, and keeping leadership informed about delivery health. The Director will align teams around project goals, outcomes, and KPIs; develop and maintain plans and timelines; and hold teams and leaders accountable for commitments. The position leads and influences partners across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and external organizations without direct authority, resolves conflicts and blockers, manages project risks and financials, and maintains governance-compliant, audit-ready delivery documentation. The role also leads process engineering and improvement across lending, servicing, and operational workflows. This includes discovering and mapping current processes, analyzing root causes, designing future states, identifying inefficiencies and control gaps, establishing performance metrics, applying continuous-improvement methods, documenting standards and controls, and leading change management to sustain improvements. The Director partners with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Technology to incorporate regulatory requirements and assess automation, workflow, and AI-enabled solutions. The position is based in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office and two days remote. Unrestricted work authorization is required now and in the future; visa sponsorship and sponsorship transfers are unavailable.
