Requirements

  • 10-15 years of program or project management experience at a SaaS company, with a track record leading the most strategic, complex, high-touch enterprise engagements.
  • Prior experience at a utility, a utility software/technology company, or a consulting firm serving utility clients.
  • Demonstrated experience leading executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships on complex, multi-workstream programs.
  • Strong functional and customer management skills, with experience translating business requirements into implementation and solution design decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales.
  • Experience owning project financials — budget, margin, and cost tracking — for large enterprise engagements.
  • Experience building and maintaining portfolio-level reporting, KPIs, and forecasting models.
  • Experience driving large internal programs end-to-end including change management and employee adoption.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and cloud-based B2B implementations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a customer-first mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery outcomes for Bidgely's most strategic, complex, and highest-ACV customer engagements, serving as the senior program owner from Onboarding through Launch.
  • Lead executive steering committees and senior stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation and trusted advisor for the customer's leadership team.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams spanning Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Apply strong functional and customer management skills to translate business requirements into implementation plans and solution design decisions.
  • Oversee project financials — including cost tracking, budget, and margin — for assigned strategic engagements.
  • Represent Bidgely in executive business reviews and strategic account sales presentations.
  • Contribute to contract reviews, statements of work, and proposals for the largest and most complex deals.
  • Own portfolio-level reporting and forecasting intelligence — delivery timelines, revenue and margin trends, and resourcing — partnering with the VP of Customer Onboarding on portfolio-level financial planning.
  • Define and report portfolio-level KPIs — implementation timelines, delivery quality, and team efficiency — to executive leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and health through and beyond onboarding to ensure strong post-launch outcomes and support renewal and expansion.
  • Own and continuously improve Bidgely's implementation methodology, tooling, and training curriculum.
  • Own program management of cross-functional improvement initiatives as it relates to implementation success and quality.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on deal structuring and scoping for strategic pursuits.
  • Contribute to proposals and statements of work for new and expanding strategic engagements.
