About The Position

We are seeking a Director, Project Management, to lead high-priority initiatives across our Small Business Bank line of business. In this role, you will be the architect of various program management efforts—designing roadmaps, establishing operating rhythms, and driving progress across complex, matrixed environments. Some examples of projects you will lead include helping Small Business Bank align on a technology destination, and roll out industry leading products that remove fees for our customers to help with our mission to "Change Banking for Good".

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of associates through their leadership style
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
  • At least 7 Years of Project Management experience
  • At least 3 Years of People Management experience

  • 4+ years of People Management experience
  • Product Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

  • Leading core working group meetings to maintain momentum, tracking outcomes, and ensuring the program remains on track
  • Building and maintaining detailed project roadmaps, and establishing go-live requirements and schedules
  • Creating frameworks to monitor, measure, and elevate risks or issues, particularly when timelines are at risk or project deliverables fall off-track
  • Crafting and implementing comprehensive plans to keep key stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, and outcomes
  • Coordinating contact center impact assessments and ensuring compliance with program objectives, standards, and associate readiness requirements
  • Leading teams through complex, dynamic environments to deliver on high-priority strategic goals
  • Designing and managing project plans while remaining flexible enough to revise needs as requirements evolve, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with cross-functional partners and project customers to provide thought partnership and ensure commitments are met
