This role is responsible for providing project management and oversight of interior office renovation projects nationwide. It also involves strategic space planning for Hearst Tower and Sheffield to ensure business units have the appropriate space and workplace to satisfy their program needs. The position requires routine reporting and recommendations for blocking and stacking changes based on organizational changes, liaison with business units for strategic planning, and overseeing the space management system. Additionally, it involves managing the overall space allocation system for proper accounting chargebacks, coordinating office moves/adds/changes, and implementing improvements for a robust Change management system. The role also includes managing third-party installers and movers, overseeing furniture inventory in NYC, managing furniture procurement nationwide, and overseeing FF&E procurement in the US. This includes working with architects, furniture distributors, and manufacturers on specifications and purchasing, reviewing and approving FF&E orders, and working with executives and user groups on furniture selections. The role also assists with finish selections and recommendations and explores opportunities to leverage master service agreements to improve quality and reduce costs.
