Director, Project Management, Product

Spotter is seeking a driven and experienced Project Management expert to lead a new division within their organization. This role will involve working closely with the EVP of Creator Products and Tools to establish and implement the long-term strategy and daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, coordinating sprints, overseeing meetings, and acting as a representative for the EVP. They should have a minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in tech, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Lead cross-functional projects and track progress towards goals
• Establish and manage OKRs, roadmaps, and experiment tracker for Spotter Labs & Studio
• Coordinate and facilitate sprints in collaboration with the VP of Engineering and Product Management team
• Oversee all cross-functional, client, and internal meetings, ensuring productivity and progress
• Manage communication with other teams and track external creator meetings
• Take on special assignments delegated by the EVP in areas such as product development and finance
• Act as a representative for the EVP and advise key personnel on decision-making strategies for alignment
• Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in tech
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field

• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful projects
• Experience with managing cross-functional teams and workflows
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience in tech, running operations for a large product or suite of products.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extremely curious and creative problem solver – you’ll obsess over a problem space once you’ve dedicated yourself to it.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful projects.
