The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading and optimizing enterprise-wide project execution to ensure successful delivery of projects across the organization. This role provides leadership and oversight of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Schedulers while driving accountability for schedule adherence, budget performance, customer satisfaction, and execution excellence. The Director serves as a strategic leader responsible for establishing scalable project management processes, ensuring disciplined project governance, and aligning resources with organizational priorities. This individual will drive cross-functional accountability across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and other departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and in alignment with customer commitments. The Director will also serve as a key customer-facing leader, proactively managing project communications, escalations, and execution risks throughout the project lifecycle.
