Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in program/portfolio leadership within a global, matrixed team, preferably including experience with consumer-focused medical or software products.
- Associates Degree (+/- 13 years)
Nice To Haves
- Cross-functional experience in the areas of R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing
- Knowledge of regulations and standards related to medical devices (eg FDA, ISO, QSR design controls).
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level portfolios and influence senior stakeholders, and to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Deep expertise in governance design, operating models, and portfolio prioritization
- Strong executive communication and decision-making skills
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership, and the ability to collect information from multiple sources, and synthesize, integrate, and resolve conflicting requirements and cross-functional issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead the app and cloud portfolio, including execution of major digital NPI programs
- Translate enterprise divisional strategy into program plans and roadmaps aligned to NPI priorities
- Ensure alignment to product roadmap, IBP processes and launch commitments
- Orchestrate dependencies across: Hardware, software, and digital ecosystems, Cross functional partners, External partners and platform integrations
- Resolve cross-system constraints and execution risks impacting delivery timelines
- Lead governance for assigned programs and contribute to portfolio governance forums
- Drive structured decision-making through: Clear status, risks, and trade-offs, Recommended actions for leadership
- Apply and improve existing operating models, processes, and tools
- Ensure programs meet NPI readiness milestones: Product development maturity, Regulatory submissions and approvals, Digital system readiness, Commercial launch preparedness
- Drive consistent, high-quality execution across global product launches and releases
- Manage program-level risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Ensure alignment with regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements
- Escalate critical risks with clear mitigation plans and recommendations
- Provide clear, decision-oriented insights into the portfolio team and senior leadership
- Frame options, trade-offs, and recommendations to drive timely decisions
- Escalate issues requiring cross-portfolio or enterprise alignment
- Lead and develop project and program leaders (G18–G20) within assigned programs
- Drive execution rigor, accountability, and consistent ways of working
- Contribute to development of PMO capability, tools, and best practices
