Requirements
- Four (4) years experience.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate.
- Regularly assess and audit the directorate for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and prepare audit and assessment reports.
- Develop and implement procedures, systems and curricula for the center, coordinate CDSS plan development and updates, coordinate the Career Success Standards.
- Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters, including the national training contractors and training subcontractors.
- Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate programs modifications, direct feasibility studies to ascertain employability of students in proposed and current career offerings.
