FMI’s Training Institute Programs Practice is seeking an experienced and collaborative Programs Director to own and scale the performance, growth, and overall success of FMI’s experiential learning programs. This role is accountable for financial outcomes, client experience, and team execution across a portfolio of offerings. For more than 70 years, FMI has partnered with organizations across the built environment to develop exceptional leaders and build stronger, more profitable businesses. This role requires the ability to understand and engage with the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry. The Programs Director will have direct oversight of core programs, including the Project Manager Academy (PMA) and the Construction Executive Institute (CEI), with the opportunity to expand into additional performance and technical offerings. This role owns program execution, financial performance, and team development, while driving innovation in content, delivery, and client experience. The Programs Director will also contribute to facilitation across programs as needed. This is a full-time position based in either our Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO office. This role requires approximately 30–50% travel, with increased travel in the initial months to enable deep immersion in FMI’s programs, clients, and team to accelerate onboarding and effectiveness.
