About The Position

The Precision Enablement Team acts as PMX's Programmatic Center of Excellence, setting and upholding standards and best practices for programmatic activation, strategy, and innovation across PMX agencies. The team achieves this via both inbound and outbound communication with agency programmatic teams. Precision Enablement strives to be the first point of contact for teams in need of resources, while also driving adoption of PMX investment best practices, objectives, and solutions. Rather than working for a single client, the team's work impacts all clients. The Director, Precision Enablement reports to the VP, Precision Enablement and is a leader on the Precision Enablement team. The Director is encouraged to be a subject matter expert for active trading teams and therefore must have a deep understanding of major programmatic platforms and the way partners integrate and interact across the digital marketplace. The Director is a key conduit between PMX and agency programmatic teams. They will work with agency programmatic leads and client programmatic leads within assigned agencies to make sure teams follow industry standards and apply innovative technologies. The Director will lead projects and collateral development supporting PMX initiatives. They will be expected to identify areas of opportunity for agency programmatic teams to enhance their strategies, technologies, and tactics, and in turn create processes and materials to support those enhancements. They will partner with the VP to determine areas of opportunity that will impact the Precision's team's priorities and provide feedback to PMX leadership about the day to day needs of agency programmatic and investment teams. Self-starters and people who are naturally curious and comfortable working in grey space are successful in this role.
