We are searching for our next Director, Programmatic Media, to join our One Marketplace team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of campaign planning and considers themselves a resourceful and curious problem solver. Analytical skills, both the ability to interpret overall campaign performance (within and beyond KPIs) We’d love you to showcase your knowledge in the programmatic space to provide innovative and integrated strategies and recommendations to reach and surpass client goals. Leadership: including leading day to day client operations, POV’s, management of Supervisors and team member. You know how to train team members ensuring best in class strategy and execution. You know how to communicate with clients verbally, in written form and have strong presentation skills. Entrepreneurial attitude: You’re excited at the idea of building the agency with new tools, ideas, and opportunities. Cross channel integration: A passion for integrated strategy and execution, with a specific interest in biddable media You’re diligent and disciplined and comfortable in a casual and collaborative environment. Most importantly, you’re truly passionate about advertising and enjoy both teaching and learning about programmatic media.
