St. Patrick Center provides opportunities for self-sufficiency and dignity to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Individuals and families build permanent, positive change in their lives through safe and affordable housing, sound mental and physical health, and employment and financial stability. Working collaboratively with individuals, businesses, government and other service providers, St. Patrick Center will end chronic homelessness in the St. Louis region through Housing First, an evidence-based practice that tells us to remove barriers, do intake and assessment early, move people into housing and offer them support to achieve their goals. The St. Patrick Center, a ministry of Catholic Charities of The Archdiocese of St. Louis, is hiring a Director of Grant Per Diem Program. The Grant Per Diem (GPD) Director oversees the Veterans Affairs (VA) GPD programs, Transition in Place (TIP) beds, Bridge beds, the HERO, and CE programs to ensure all contract goals are met and budgets are adequately spent. The director is responsible for the training of new program staff and oversees daily work of GPD case managers, as well as the off-site Caritas St. Mathews and HERO programs to ensure documentation and verification requirements are followed, assessments are accurate, and homeless verification is provided. This role is responsible for the oversight of program contracts and assists in the completion of monthly and quarterly reports and the financial oversight for all GPD programs. The position works Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
