Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in program management, NPI, supply chain, supplier quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
Experience leading cross-functional programs in a complex manufacturing environment.
Strong scheduling, risk-management, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
Candidate must also pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with APQP, PPAP, FAI, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or Dynamics 365 preferred.
Gas turbine, aerospace, power generation, or heavy industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the portfolio of active NPI, second-source, and supplier qualification projects.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and lead regular program reviews.
Ensure required stage-gate deliverables are completed before projects advance.
Track supplier readiness, tooling, samples, FAI, PPAP, testing, and production approval.
Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain the master NPI and qualification tracker and executive dashboard.
Coordinate qualification costs, tooling commitments, and supplier milestone payments.
Support continuous improvement and digital integration of the NPI process, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
