About The Position

This role manages a global set of programs to amplify and scale content to sales & service associates. It requires attention to detail, proactive problem solving, exceptional project management and a collaborative approach. The role involves leading content enablement for Global Technology Sales End User roles, primarily Chief Information Officer. Collaboration across stakeholders including Business & Technology Insights role leaders, Sales & Service Enablement, Sales Operations, and Global Product Management is key. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining enablement collateral such as Priorities Navigators, Mission Critical Priority Decks, and High Value Engagement slides. The role also supports Kickstart enablement sessions, crafting clear communications, analyzing feedback trends, and supporting special projects or events. A focus is placed on driving scalable activation mechanisms to reduce resource intensity and ensuring sales and service teams build conviction in Gartner’s positions by embedding priority insights into enablement systems, training programs, and client engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years supporting a business unit or functional area.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify issues and ask for help when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to proactively build and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of client service skills with strong ability to work with diverse groups to reach successful outcomes.
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Lead content enablement for Global Technology Sales End User roles, primarily Chief Information Officer.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders including Business & Technology Insights role leaders, Sales & Service Enablement, Sales Operations, Global Product Management, etc.
  • Develop, create and maintain enablement collateral including Priorities Navigators, Mission Critical Priority Decks, High Value Engagement slides, among others.
  • Support Kickstart enablement sessions, including topic and analyst selection.
  • Craft simple and clear communications to diverse audiences.
  • Proactively analyze and share trends in feedback from stakeholders and participants, and make recommendations to enhance our offerings.
  • Support special projects or events by managing timelines, creating communications and partnering with stakeholders across Business & Technology Insights and Gartner.
  • Drive scalable activation mechanisms that reduce resource intensity on analysts and managers.
  • Ensure sales and service teams build conviction and confidence in Gartner’s strongest positions, embedding priority insights into enablement systems, training programs, and client engagement strategies.
