The Director, Professional Services will lead the Professional Services organisation within an assigned geography, ensuring the successful delivery of customer programmes while achieving regional financial, operational and people objectives. Leading a multidisciplinary organisation of Programme Directors, Programme Managers, Service Managers, Consultants and PMO resources, you will be accountable for customer outcomes, portfolio performance, operational excellence, profitability and organisational capability. You will work closely with Global Services leadership and cross-functional partners to deliver predictable outcomes and support the continued growth of the business.

Requirements

Significant experience leading Professional Services, Consulting, Delivery or Programme organisations.
Proven experience managing large programme portfolios and strategic customer engagements.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions or countries.
Strong commercial, financial and operational management experience.
Demonstrable responsibility for revenue, profitability, utilisation and margin targets.
Strong understanding of MSP, PRINCE2 and enterprise delivery methodologies.
Mastery of French and English; knowledge of German or Dutch would be an asset.
This role is home based with travel required for customer meetings, company events and leadership activities.

Experience within healthcare, diagnostic informatics, healthcare IT or software environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Professional Services delivery, translating Global Services strategy into clear priorities, effective execution and measurable business outcomes.
Oversee the health and performance of the programme portfolio, ensuring strong governance, predictable delivery and effective management of risks and dependencies.
Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers and high-profile programmes, resolving significant customer, delivery and commercial escalations.
Own regional revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting and profitability performance, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and grow services revenue.
Lead workforce and resource planning, optimising deployment and developing the leadership, skills and organisational capability required to meet customer demand and support future growth.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management and Support to improve customer outcomes, support growth strategies and ensure effective transitions throughout the customer lifecycle.
Champion AI-enabled, data-driven and automated ways of working that improve forecasting, decision-making, productivity and delivery performance, while promoting responsible AI, data governance and security standards.
