At the core of Epic’s success are talented, passionate people. Epic prides itself on creating a collaborative, welcoming, and creative environment. Whether it’s building award-winning games or crafting engine technology that enables others to make visually stunning interactive experiences, we’re always innovating. Being Epic means being a part of a team that continually strives to do right by our community and users. We’re constantly innovating to raise the bar of engine and game development. Whether it’s driving a vision from start to finish or collaborating with teams to inspire and deliver projects of Epic quality, Epic’s production teams take pride in consistently delivering world-class products and experiences. As the Director, Production, you will own the end-to-end strategy for delivering in-game cosmetic content across our portfolio of titles — directly impacting Epic's financial performance by ensuring content ships on time and at the quality bar that drives player engagement and purchase. The art production team reports directly to this role, and this leader serves as the primary advocate for art producers at Epic and the critical connection point between Art and Art Production. Partnering closely with the Sr. Director, Art, you will co-own strategy, maintain and optimize scalable production pipelines, and ensure the right requirements, budgets, approval workflows, and talent structures are in place to meet aggressive launch and post-launch targets.
