About The Position

Fidelity Digital Assets (FDA) is seeking a Director, Product Strategy to join the FDA Product Strategy team. This role will focus on product strategy for Fidelity’s retail crypto offering, Fidelity Crypto. Fidelity Digital Assets offers a full-service enterprise-grade platform for securing, trading and supporting digital assets, such as bitcoin. Fidelity Digital Assets combines the operational and technical capabilities of the broader Fidelity organization with dedicated blockchain expertise to deliver a completely new offering for investors.

Requirements

Product strategy experience and/or aptitude.
Curiosity about and understanding of crypto.
Understanding of traditional capital markets and financial products and services.
Knowledge of retail customer needs and trends across various investor segments (i.e. high net worth, active traders, young investors).
Understanding of crypto, blockchain technology, and potential applications in financial services.
Ability to think strategically and for the long term without sacrificing pace over perfection.
Comfortable operating effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver business results.
Strong communication, presentation, and product management skills.
Ability to collaborate with people from other parts of the organization to achieve a goal.
Passion for products and for technology and a love of solving complex problems.
Proven ability to accept ambiguity and knowledge of how to utilize your problem-solving skills to find the best path forward.
