In this role, you’ll partner across teams to shape the roadmap and set engineering priorities, enabling the development of secure, scalable, and compliant digital asset capabilities that deliver meaningful enterprise impact.

Requirements

  • Have a solid understanding of Digital Asset use cases, including tokenization, settlement, wallet-enabled flows, and network interoperability
  • Bring good technology product ownership or product management experience in complex technology or platform environments
  • Be able to translate strategic goals into clear epics, features, stories, priorities, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management across business, engineering, architecture, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and controls

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of tokenized deposits, bonds, repos, stablecoins, and other institutional digital asset models
  • Understanding of payments, instant payments, cross-border flows, and digital asset-enabled settlement
  • Familiarity with capital markets workflows, including issuance, trading, lifecycle events, and DvP/PvP
  • Exposure to L1/L2 networks, smart contracts, on chain compliance, custody models, and interoperability frameworks
  • Be confident using AI-enabled product and productivity tooling to enhance prioritization, improve delivery efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and strategically manage product, operational, and delivery risk

Responsibilities

  • Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
  • Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure.
  • Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
  • Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
  • To advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions/ business divisions.
  • Lead a team performing complex tasks, using well developed professional knowledge and skills to deliver on work that impacts the whole business function.
  • Set objectives and coach employees in pursuit of those objectives, appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes.
