About The Position

What is the opportunity? The Product Owner will lead product strategy, delivery and operations for our new 2-way digital client communication portal exclusively for ESCG clients. With the product currently in the MVP stage, the Product Owner will be responsible for all aspects of the current “pilot” program and the broader rollout to ESCG clients. Beyond the successful launch of the product , this role is essential to enabling ongoing thought-leadership creation, curation and distribution while maintaining operational excellence. What will you do? Launch our MVP and develop/execute enhanced user-engagement strategies Define the roadmap based on MVP performance and stakeholder feedback Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog balancing user needs and business value Onboard clients, create accounts and activate them on Gateway Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders (ESCG, Business Units, IT, Marketing) Analyze product’s usage data, stakeholder feedback and performance metrics to inform decisions; provide periodic insights based on client activity and usage patterns Drive continuous product and process improvements across operations and maintenance functions Source, review, and select relevant content (thought leadership and otherwise) from various subject matter experts, business units and product teams Track KPIs, report on content effectiveness and provide recommendations for content optimization based on data analysis What do you need to succeed? Must haves: University degree, preferably in economics, finance, commerce, mathematics or computer science 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2-3 years in financial services Proven track record of launching and scaling digital client products Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and operational improvements Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; Ability to work effectively across teams and business units Nice to haves: Experience with Salesforce and Content Management Systems (e.g. OpenText) Familiarity with database management, content architecture, and technical infrastructure What’s in it for you? Pay Range The expected pay range for this position is: $110,000 - $160,000 The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Requirements
