Serve as the business owner and strategic lead for the Scheduling & Capacity ecosystem, accountable for how forecasting, scheduling, and compensation capabilities enable operational performance, clinician experience, and financial outcomes across the enterprise. Define the business vision, operating objectives, and success measures for scheduling and capacity management, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and evolving operational needs. Focus on outcomes such as coverage reliability, productivity, cost discipline, forecast accuracy, and reduced operational friction — not just system delivery. Act as the primary bridge between operations and technology, translating business problems, constraints, and tradeoffs into clear priorities for IT, analytics, and product teams. Guide sequencing and scope to ensure solutions are pragmatic, scalable, and deliver tangible operational value. Partner closely with Operations leadership, Practice Directors, Finance, Analytics, Compensation, and Change Management to drive adoption, consistency, and real‑world usability across practices. Interpret model outputs and insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure recommendations are understandable and actionable for frontline users. Build and lead a community of excellence for scheduling and capacity management — establishing common ways of working, best practices, training, and feedback loops. Monitor actual‑vs‑forecast performance, surface optimization opportunities, and continuously refine both process and system usage over time.
