About The Position

Procurify is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to define how the company competes and wins in the market. This role will own the company narrative, the messaging architecture for the go-to-market organization, market segmentation and prioritization, and analyst relationships. The Director will translate strategy into positioning, messaging, assets, and programs that drive impact across the go-to-market organization. This is a senior position on the marketing leadership team, with company-wide visibility and executive engagement. The role involves leading two Product Marketing Managers, focusing on their development and expanding their capabilities, while also directly managing company-level and cross-portfolio initiatives. This is a hands-on player-coach role, balancing leadership scope with direct involvement in the craft. AI fluency is a fundamental requirement, expected to be used in analyzing information, building workflows, creating and evaluating work, and scaling team impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with significant Product Marketing leadership experience.
  • Direct people management experience.
  • Experience owning company-level positioning and messaging for a multi-product or complex SaaS platform, including repositioning, category shifts, or market narrative evolution.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategy across a product portfolio, from segmentation and launch strategy to sales enablement, customer communications, and market adoption.
  • Ability to translate customer, competitive, win/loss, and market insight into decisions on positioning, roadmap, pricing, packaging, and business investment.
  • Proven ability to build credibility with senior executives, Sales, Product, Customer Success, customers, and industry analysts, and influence decisions without relying solely on organizational authority.
  • Experience building and coaching a high-performing Product Marketing team, raising the quality bar for the function, and helping marketers grow their craft and careers.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable measuring Product Marketing against business outcomes like pipeline, adoption, retention, and competitive performance.
  • AI-fluent in practice, with experience changing team workflows using AI, building repeatable AI-enabled workflows, and demonstrating improvements in work quality or scale.
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller capable of translating complex platforms into differentiated, credible language understandable by CFOs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date LinkedIn profile reflecting the role at Procurify.
