About The Position

The Director of Product Marketing leads the strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution behind our product portfolio. This is a broad leadership role that owns product marketing, product enablement for every GTM team, GTM strategy, and the marketing design function. You will sit at the center of our AI transformation, both as we bring AI-powered products to our customers and as we reshape how our own teams work with AI every day. We are looking for a leader who can translate AI capabilities into customer value, build the GTM engine to scale that value, and model an AI-first way of working for the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing AI-powered products and articulating AI value to enterprise buyers and economic decision-makers.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools (LLMs, AI-powered research, content, and enablement platforms) to transform how a marketing organization works.
  • Track record of leading successful product launches that drove measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong GTM strategy chops across segmentation, ICP development, pricing and packaging, and channel strategy.
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs across multiple GTM functions (Sales, CS, Partnerships).
  • Outstanding storytelling and narrative-building skills across executive, technical, and customer audiences.
  • Experience managing creative talent and partnering with designers to elevate the work.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA, technical background, or category-creation experience a plus.
  • Experience in L&D, HR tech, or the learning industry is a strong plus.
  • You think in narratives, not feature lists and can turn complex technology into clear, compelling stories.
  • You have a builder's instinct: you have stood up enablement systems, launch motions, and content engines from scratch.
  • You operate as a player-coach. Strategic enough to set direction, hands-on enough to ship the work.
  • You see AI as a force multiplier and have already changed how you and your team work because of it.
  • You bring rigor. You measure what matters and use data to sharpen messaging, enablement, and GTM bets.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, technical background, or category-creation experience a plus.
  • Experience in L&D, HR tech, or the learning industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead positioning, messaging, and narrative architecture across the product portfolio, with a sharp focus on differentiation and AI-forward storytelling.
  • Own product launches end-to-end — from pre-launch validation and beta strategy through tiered GTM execution and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Build deep buyer, competitor, and category insight that informs product roadmap, pricing, and GTM priorities.
  • Define pricing and packaging strategies that reflect customer value and unlock new revenue motions.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs that equip Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing to confidently sell, support, and expand our solutions.
  • Build the content engine our GTM teams rely on every day — pitch decks, demo scripts, battle cards, ROI models, objection handlers, and customer proof.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to scale onboarding, certification, and ongoing skill-building tied to launches and product evolution.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through win rates, ramp time, deal velocity, and competitive performance.
  • Define and operationalize GTM motions — segmentation, ICP, channel mix, and campaign architecture — across new and existing markets.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer leadership to align on revenue targets, growth priorities, and category strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM planning for major launches, market expansions, and strategic bets.
  • Translate market signals into GTM decisions and inform the long-range plan.
  • Manage and mentor a marketing designer, elevating brand consistency and visual quality across every GTM asset.
  • Partner with the designer to raise the bar on campaigns, sales collateral, web, social, and event presence while operationalizing design and developing AI workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Champion design-as-strategy, making sure how we show up in market is as strong as what we say.
  • Lead the GTM narrative for our AI capabilities so customers, prospects, and partners clearly understand the value of AI-powered learning.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that transform the product marketing function — competitive research, content generation, enablement delivery, and measurement.
  • Be a visible advocate for the broader AI transformation across the company — modeling new ways of working and helping teammates adopt them.
