About The Position

The Director, Product Management leads the vision and strategy for a complex product family, guiding teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery to value realization. This role drives customer-centric solutions by leveraging data and insights, managing cross-functional trade-offs, and aligning stakeholders around strategic priorities. Responsible for financial outcomes and talent development, the position fosters collaboration across business, engineering, and design partners to deliver measurable business impact and scalable product innovations within a dynamic environment. The Core Services team oversees the operational lifecycle of our platform, including onboarding, access management, automation, and revenue cycle management. By streamlining workflows and enhancing financial systems, the team supports sales, operations, and finance to improve efficiency. They develop scalable, secure infrastructure for the global advertising business, focusing on product strategy, data-driven decision making, and leadership. This team drives innovation and delivers impactful solutions across multiple product areas, fostering collaboration and strong stakeholder engagement to advance business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading product vision and strategy for complex product families with measurable business impact.
  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle, balancing technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value.
  • Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, including defining outcome-based metrics and leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing product talent while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, aligning teams around strategic priorities and trade-offs.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs through research, journey mapping, and operational data analysis.
  • Experience owning P&L responsibilities and translating product strategy into financial outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
  • 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
  • Supervisory experience
  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities
