About The Position

Experian is a global data and technology company seeking a Director, Product Management to define and execute the product strategy for North America B2B email and identity data solutions. This role involves working across the region in close partnership with cross-functional teams. The Director will report to the SVP of Product Management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in financial services or data strategy.
• Demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience working with both existing and emerging data products.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including Director- and VP-level audiences.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and other internal teams; comfortable engaging directly with the market and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with identity solutions, identity data, or adjacent domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the North America B2B product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead new product launches using market intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity size.
• Use customer and stakeholder insights to identify needs and prioritize product opportunities.
• Track the competitive landscape, evolving customer needs, and emerging data use cases, including identity data.
• Partner with Sales and other teams on go-to-market plans, market feedback, and product adoption.
• Identify data, partner, and integration opportunities that expand product capabilities and revenue.
• Represent the product with clients and external audiences and contribute product thought leadership.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams, business units, and partners to grow and protect the business.
