While formal on-the-job experience with Al is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated Al into their personal projects, explored Al-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using Al agents. About the Role: As the Small Business Experiences & Capabilities Lead, you will lead a team of ~15 associates and work closely with our Business, Tech, Design, and Marketing partners to drive the launch of market-leading products for our small business customers and reinvent our digital spend experiences, including multi-user functionality and virtual card capabilities. You will also play a key role in transforming the larger Product Management organization in BC&P. You’ll help shape our culture, grow our talent, and serve as an ambassador for Product Management across the company as we leverage AI to transform how we work and drive innovative, sustainable customer experiences. Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or currently have, or be in the process of obtaining one with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration or currently have, or be in the process of obtaining one with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI, and use it to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience leading cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
  • Comfort facing white space problems and pushing through uncertainty
