About The Position

Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology and design work. CRM & Sales Enablement Platforms power the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—from revenue identification and planning through sales execution, work management, billing, collections, and revenue realization. The portfolio spans CRM and sales enablement, enterprise workflow management, and billing and financial capabilities, creating connected experiences across Sales, Operations, and Finance. At the center of this portfolio is an opportunity to reimagine how CRM and commercial technology enable the business—evolving from systems that primarily manage processes and transactions to intelligent platforms that help teams identify revenue opportunities, plan and forecast growth, prioritize actions, orchestrate work, and move opportunities to revenue faster. Leveraging platforms such as Salesforce and Workfront, along with data, automation, and AI, the team is building a more connected, intelligent, and scalable commercial technology ecosystem.
