Our Pharmacy portfolio plays a critical role in connecting prescribing, verification, dispensing, administration, and medication intelligence across the healthcare ecosystem. We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead Oracle Health's Pharmacy portfolio and drive the next generation of Pharmacy Reimagine initiatives. This leader will define and execute the product strategy for a portfolio of pharmacy solutions while helping shape AI-enabled applications within the Oracle Health AI Application Suite. The ideal candidate combines deep pharmacy domain expertise with exceptional product leadership experience and a passion for solving complex healthcare challenges. They will work closely with customers, clinicians, engineers, designers, data scientists, and executive leaders to deliver innovative solutions that transform how pharmacy teams operate across inpatient, ambulatory, military, veteran, and emerging care settings. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for balancing strategic innovation, customer needs, business growth, and operational excellence across a broad product portfolio.
