Requirements

  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • Experience shipping integrated hardware and software products with unified priorities across both.
  • Track record in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, autonomous vehicles, or adjacent the autonomous vehicle-industry / mobility sectors.

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership of a real business line.
  • Experience restructuring product teams around AI and automation, not just adopting tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Fleet & Autonomous Vehicle segment (depot fleet, take-home fleet, autonomous vehicle, truck/bus OEMs) — setting vision and making partnerships, pricing, packaging, and launch decisions.
  • Lead a team of product managers, designers, and NPI leads; ship outcomes with minimal handoffs.
  • Drive the hardware portfolio (pantograph chargers, truck charging, robotic charging) and the software platform (ViriCiti) as a unified product experience.
  • Own strategic partnerships — including relationships with autonomous vehicle companies and truck/bus OEMs — and decide when to build, buy, or partner.
  • Support the development of the go-to-market strategy with Sales, Marketing, and Operations as the single point of accountability for the
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to compress team sizes, dissolve traditional role boundaries, and accelerate product delivery.
