About the Team This role supports our Debit Customer Experiences in our Retail Bank Product Space. We are looking for someone looking for someone with a very strong product skillset who is focused on creating a winning debit customer experience across the customer journey. From activating their cards through increasing their engagement to retaining their spend the ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong ability to prioritize and work closely with teams to understand the business drivers/context, has a strong design sense and can partner closely with Design on UX/customer needs research, and can work closely with the tech teams on well-managed delivery. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in People Management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience coming out of Fintech or Big Tech Corporations
  • 3 + years of experience in People Management
