About The Position

The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge capabilities across Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, and Open Banking. The Operational Intelligence (OI) pillar plays a critical role in helping customers understand, manage, and optimize the end to end payment lifecycle through data driven insights, reporting, and analytics at scale. We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Operational Intelligence Global Product Management team. This role is accountable for shaping and executing commercial strategy and go-to-market for our analytics-driven products across the payment lifecycle — translating customer needs and product capabilities into differentiated packaging, pricing, positioning, and successful launches. You will lead pricing strategy and modeling, packaging, value articulation, and end-to-end go-to-market execution (positioning, sales enablement, launch planning, and commercialization governance). The role requires deep domain expertise in payments and monetization, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex product value into clear commercial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading analytics, reporting, or data driven products in payments or financial services at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute enterprise pricing strategy and commercialization plans, including pricing governance, packaging, and measurable revenue impact.
  • A creative problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, market-ready solutions.
  • Strong financial and analytical skillset, with hands-on experience building pricing models, business cases, and scenario analyses (e.g., elasticity, sensitivity, and unit economics).
  • Proven track record owning positioning, messaging, and launch plans for B2B products, including building sales enablement assets and partnering effectively with Marketing.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Demonstrated experience using business performance insights to drive prioritization, investment decisions, and execution focus across complex product portfolios.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Strong understanding of payments systems, data flows, and system architecture across the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Advanced comfort with data analytics, reporting platforms, and large volume data delivery (Advanced excel, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI required; SQL proficiency and big data environments a strong plus).
  • Experience partnering with engineering and data teams on technical tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
  • Familiarity with cloud based and SaaS analytics platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure preferred).
