The Operational Intelligence (OI) pillar plays a critical role in helping customers understand, manage, and optimize the end to end payment lifecycle through data driven insights, reporting, and analytics at scale. We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Operational Intelligence Global Product Management team. This role is accountable for shaping and executing commercial strategy and go-to-market for our analytics-driven products across the payment lifecycle — translating customer needs and product capabilities into differentiated packaging, pricing, positioning, and successful launches. You will lead pricing strategy and modeling, packaging, value articulation, and end-to-end go-to-market execution (positioning, sales enablement, launch planning, and commercialization governance). The role requires deep domain expertise in payments and monetization, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex product value into clear commercial outcomes.
