About The Position

As the Director, Product Management, Buyer Solutions at PubMatic, you will spearhead the strategy and vision around our buyer for our innovative new agentic planning, bidding, and delivery capabilities, leveraging your extensive expertise in digital advertising with experience helping buyers discover and forecast, transact, and optimize. Your deep understanding of market trends will enable you to craft forward-thinking solutions that meet the evolving needs of buyers. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery, launch industry-leading solutions, and actively engage with industry bodies to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Requirements

  • At least 8+ years of exceptional product management experience.
  • Strong background in programmatic advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of buyer advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring product management teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  • Autonomous learning spirit and a curiosity-driven problem-solving approach.
  • Commercial acumen and customer-oriented thinking to work effectively with clients, understanding and validating their requirements.
  • Excellent client communication and interaction skills, forging strong relationships with both clients and business teams.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product strategy and vision for PubMatic's Buyer facing products.
  • Demonstrate authoritative insight into the evolving landscape in digital advertising and evangelize how buyers approach digital advertising, identifying key factors driving their platform preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer support, product marketing, business development, engineering, and operations teams to drive successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Partner proactively with global sales and marketing teams to successfully launch products into the market.
  • Actively participate in industry bodies, staying ahead of trends and shaping industry standards.
  • Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and performance metrics for PubMatic's buy side products.
  • Educate marketing and customer-facing teams on key indicators and advantages of our offerings.
