Adobe is reimagining the future of creativity, where generative AI, intelligent agents, and human imagination work together. As the Director, Product Management - Agentic Product, you will lead Adobe’s 3rd party strategy for agent-driven creative workflows. You will shape how AI collaborates with creators, automates routine work, and amplifies human creativity, aligning with Adobe’s mission to empower creativity for all. Adobe's creative capabilities are in high demand across the AI ecosystem. The agentic product team packages and publishes these capabilities to reach users across third-party AI surfaces like AI Chat-portals, operating systems, and vertical applications. The mission is to package Adobe's agentic harness, tools, and skills into compelling experiences that drive adoption, demonstrate Adobe's unique value, and strengthen its position as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet. This role requires deep fluency in emerging agentic packaging standards (MCP, skills manifests, hero prompts, plugin architecture) and a sharp commercial instinct for positioning Adobe's capabilities across partner surfaces. This team will define what "Adobe for creativity" looks like when delivered through an agentic harness and what an "Agent for hire" in various verticals would entail. Partnerships with major LLM providers, ship timelines, monetization decisions tied to major platform launches, and a running release train model make this a high-visibility, high-velocity role. This is an opportunity to develop Adobe's role in the future of creative software distribution. The person in this role will collaborate across product, engineering, partnerships, corporate strategy, and GTM to build a scalable packaging strategy that expands Adobe's reach while ensuring all third-party experiences reflect Adobe's quality and creative intelligence.
