About The Position

Are you a results‑driven, customer‑obsessed product leader who loves sitting at the intersection of AdTech, AI, and commercial strategy? You will define and deliver next‑generation Agentic AI advertising products that combine programmatic media, advanced optimization, and intelligence to drive measurable outcomes for advertisers across all major media ecosystems. You will own the end‑to‑end attribution and dynamic pricing lifecycle for AI‑ and ML‑powered ad products, working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to build scalable, customer‑facing solutions that turn complex campaign challenges into intuitive, high‑impact experiences. We are seeking a director-level Product leader with proven ownership and leadership skills, with a demonstrated commercial experience building 0-1 Agentic AI AdTech solutions, using modern AI/ML applications to join our team. This is an opportunity to define the future of Marketing and Advertising Technology as you build innovative customer experiences across the entire ecosystem of MarTech and AdTech. As a Principal Product Manager leader, you will focus applying and delivering AI/ML solutions that will help customers discover and engage with complex data models in new and innovative ways. You will harness the power of large language modeling (LLMs), artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to help define and build new experiences that make it easier and convenient for customers to innovate and grow their business.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in AdTech, or programmatic advertising, ideally within a large DSP, walled garden, or major ad platform.
  • Deep hands‑on expertise with digital campaign setup, trafficking, pre‑flight QA, and in‑flight optimization across multiple channels and formats.
  • Proven ability to interpret and optimize against campaign KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, viewability, reach, frequency, incremental lift) to improve performance at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience building campaign KPI intelligence systems such as rules engines, recommendation engines, or optimization dashboards.
  • 5–8 years of experience building and launching customer‑facing software or platform products as a Product Manager or equivalent role.
  • 2–5 years of practical experience working with agentic AI or autonomous AI systems, including monetizing and scaling solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows, with demonstrated 0‑to‑1 experience building end‑to‑end ML‑powered commercial products.
  • Experience “working backwards” from customer problems to define requirements and deliver successful commercial solutions.
  • Practical, demonstrated experience developing pricing and packaging models for SaaS or other software products, including financial and scenario modeling.
  • Experience with data‑driven hypothesis testing and experimentation, including A/B testing and measurement of product and campaign impact.
  • Experience working with design teams to create intuitive, high‑quality user experiences for complex, data‑rich products.
  • Exemplary communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for AI‑ and ML‑powered AdTech products, from customer problem discovery through roadmap, launch, and post‑launch optimization.
  • Lead product strategy for Agentic AI‑driven campaign planning, activation, and optimization solutions across channels such as display, video, CTV, mobile, and social.
  • Drive requirements and execution for campaign setup, trafficking, pre‑flight QA, and in‑flight optimization workflows to ensure accurate delivery and performance.
  • Develop and evolve KPI frameworks that translate advertiser goals (e.g., awareness, consideration, performance, LTV) into measurable campaign and product success metrics.
  • Build and maintain campaign intelligence capabilities that surface insights, recommendations, and automation levers to improve campaign results at scale.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to design, build, and launch ML‑powered features such as bidding, budget allocation, creative optimization, audience expansion, and measurement.
  • Apply agentic AI to automate and orchestrate complex workflows, with demonstrated focus on monetizing and scaling these solutions commercially.
  • Work backwards from customer needs to define clear requirements and user experiences that solve complex, real‑world advertiser problems.
  • Lead discovery, alpha/beta programs, and usability testing to validate product concepts, value propositions, and user experience.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into simple, intuitive customer‑facing experiences, documentation, and training materials.
  • Define monetization, packaging, and SaaS pricing models for new and existing products, including usage‑based and value‑based structures.
  • Own business outcomes (adoption, revenue, margin, ROI) for your product area and identify opportunities to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive go‑to‑market planning, positioning, and enablement.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmaps, and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear decision‑making.
