Director, Product - Enterprise

Dandy,
$220,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $400B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. About This Role Dandy has already seen success and scaled in the SMB dental market. Now, we are ready to unlock our biggest lever for growth: the Enterprise DSO market. As the Director of Product for Enterprise, you will be the owner of all products for the DSO space. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will define, build, and scale the product architecture required to win large-scale, multi-location dental groups. You will be dealing with a fascinating and complex system that blends software, hardware, AI, and custom manufacturing. We move at an incredible pace with rapid, high-velocity planning cycles. We need an ambitious product leader who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces uncertainty, and possesses a relentless drive to deeply understand and solve critical customer problems. While you won’t have direct reports initially, you are a "team starter"—you will define the space, prove the value, and build the team around you as we grow.
