Learn more about us on our YouTube Channel or Blog Posts The Role We’re looking for a Director of Design, Growth Products to lead and scale design across our most critical growth experiences. This role owns the end-to-end design strategy for key growth surfaces including new user onboarding, product activation, expansion experiences, and cancellation/retention flows. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to drive measurable business impact while delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, craft, experimentation, and people leadership. What You’ll Own - Design strategy and execution for growth-focused product areas, including: - New user onboarding and first-run experiences - Product activation and adoption flows - Monetization, upgrade, and retention experiences - Cancellation, downgrade, and save flows - The design vision and roadmap for growth products, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs - A team of product designers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development - Design quality, consistency, and usability across growth touchpoints - A strong experimentation culture—leveraging A/B testing, data, and qualitative insights to continuously optimize experiences
