Arium Networks is seeking a Director of Product & Delivery to lead Product Management, PMO, User Experience, Quality, Vendor Management, and Delivery Governance. This role is focused on defining strategy, driving execution excellence, and ensuring customer-centric outcomes, in close partnership with Engineering teams who own development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline required; master’s degree preferred
  • 12+ years in product, program management, UX, or delivery leadership
  • Strong experience in governance models and building Centers of Excellence
  • Proven leadership across cross-functional, non-engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile, product lifecycle, and vendor ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned to business and customer needs
  • Lead PMO & delivery governance to ensure predictable, transparent, and efficient execution
  • Establish and manage Centers of Excellence (CoE) for Product, PMO, UX, and Quality to standardize best practices
  • Oversee UX to deliver intuitive, consistent customer experiences
  • Define and enforce quality strategy, standards, and release readiness
  • Manage vendors and partners, including SLAs, performance, and cost optimization
  • Partner closely with Engineering to align priorities (no ownership of development)
  • Build and scale high-performing, cross-functional teams
