About The Position

The Director Procurement - Hybrid role is part of the Supply Chain Organization's Sourcing department, which supports the enterprise-wide contract infrastructure. Its mission is to maximize clinical and financial value on medical surgical products, equipment, Purchased Services, IT Contracting, and support to strengthen the organization's mission by delivering a robust foundation of market-leading contracts to support patient care. This position operates in a hybrid work model and applications are being accepted from candidates residing in Washington, Oregon, California, and Texas. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 or more years of experience in Contract Management or a blend of healthcare, corporate, non-clinical supply or clinical contract management or equivalent experience.
6 or more years experience in Enterprise Supply Chain and Sourcing.
At least 6 years of a combination of people management, project management or team management experience in a Leadership role.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
Prior experience leading Sourcing teams and events with clinically sensitive Physician Specialty products, implants and/or Information Services.
At least 5 years managing Contracts in area of specialization.
