About The Position

This critical role as part of the Strategy and Business Operations team will help to facilitate strategic program and project execution, lead execution of priority projects, and ensure organizational alignment with business objectives. The Director of Program Management and Process Excellence will support the Process Solutions Organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, or a related field
10+ years of industry experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, or related functions in a regulated environment
Proven and demonstrated team management and leadership experience
Experience with executive communication
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
Experience with process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma approach)

Master’s/MBA
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong change management skills
Project Management certification (PMP) or similar
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to execute on key business initiatives, ensuring alignment across franchises, functions and geographies.
Supports leadership in prioritizing work on the most important challenges to drive impact and tracks progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Engage with teams across the organization to ensure strategic initiatives are well-coordinated and drive measurable impact.
Create high-quality, executive-level presentations that distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Identify opportunities for operational improvements, champion best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance business agility and efficiency.
