The Director, Pricing will lead a team that supports and is responsible for strategic pricing guidance for all LCS communities. This includes enterprise governance over entrance fee budgeting/forecasting, implementing pricing strategy for monthly service fees across all product types, and financial qualification modeling, ensuring compliant treatment of complex resident contracts. This role sets standards across forecasting assumptions, pricing guardrails, financial qualification inputs, and ensures strong cross‑functional alignment with Regional Finance, Sales/Operations, and Accounting.
