This leader will combine med-tech industry expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to empower commercial leaders and maximize IGT-Ds commercial effectiveness. The role involves leading collaboration with business stakeholders (Field Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Legal, Compliance) to drive improved performance of sales and bring forward innovative solutions to support business growth. It also includes coordinating and project managing cross-functional and divisional efforts to develop pricing strategies for existing and future products, and managing pricing analytics development and the pricing approval process to ensure compliance with audit requirements and to drive increased revenue and margin for the organization.
