About The Position

The Director, Portfolio Strategy & Management shapes the strategic direction of the Global Hospital & Biosimilars (GH&B) portfolio by developing enterprise recommendations on where the business should grow, defend, improve, simplify, or exit. The Director leads and advises high-priority portfolio assessments, identifies strategic opportunities and emerging business questions, and partners across functions to deliver rigorous, evidence-based recommendations.
