The Director, Portfolio Analytics leads major portfolio analytics workstreams that inform enterprise, franchise, Therapeutic Areas, and senior leadership decisions. The role shapes analytical approaches, interprets portfolio-level implications, advises stakeholders on value and trade-offs, and ensures PDA’s portfolio insights are rigorous, timely, strategically framed, and actionable. All PDA roles share a common foundation of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication. The differences between Portfolio Analytics and Decision Analytics lie in the primary context and stakeholder model, while the differences between Associate Director and Director lie in scope, autonomy, influence, and impact. Uses common PDA tools, methods, assumptions, templates, and capability standards. Supports TA-aligned PDA collaboration across Portfolio Analytics and Decision Analytics.
