About The Position

This is a senior technical role within the Platforms and Enablement team. You will own delivery quality and technical standards across a portfolio of Marketplace clients. You sit close enough to the work to catch a bad setup before a client does, and senior enough to run resourcing, mentoring, and revenue conversations for the team beneath you. Our ideal candidate has hands-on platform experience (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM), has managed or mentored a team before, is solution focused with a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on product knowledge (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA4, GTM) at an advanced level.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • A track record of acting as a technical escalation point: staying calm under pressure, diagnosing the actual problem, and resolving it without leaving a mess behind.
  • Commercial awareness grounded in delivery reality. You understand how resourcing and implementation decisions affect margin, client satisfaction, and team capacity.
  • A demonstrated growth mindset: comfortable being challenged, quick to adapt when a platform or a process changes, and genuinely invested in developing the people around you.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and commercial audiences, able to explain a platform issue to a specialist and to a client in the same afternoon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead and grow clients in your portfolio.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point for issues, stepping in to resolve problems and ensuring it is fixed promptly and to standard.
  • Diagnose root causes behind recurring platform or implementation issues.
  • Strategically lead clients, targeting growth year on year.
  • Consider cross sell opportunities for clients and engage relevant stakeholders.
  • Be a practice expert in pitch processes, translating platform capability into commercial opportunities for clients.
  • Stay ahead of product roadmap changes, beta features, and platform shifts, and translate what you learn into practical guidance for your team.
  • Manage and develop junior team members, dedicating real time to coaching and upskilling, and creating opportunities for others through delegation and sponsorship.
  • Support team resourcing and capacity planning
