About The Position

Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Director Physical Therapist who is forward-thinking and passionate about making a meaningful impact. This role offers the opportunity to work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment. Ability Rehabilitation is a therapist-owned company with over 30 years of experience, serving nine counties with 23 outpatient clinics and continuing to grow.

Requirements

Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist program
Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
CPR certification
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
Strong multi-tasking abilities
A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

Nice To Haves

Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation
