About The Position

Ability Rehabilitation is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Director of Physical Therapy. The company is therapist-owned with over 20 years of experience and serves communities in nine counties with 27 outpatient clinics.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach

Nice To Haves

• Desirable marketing experience to support the promotion of clinic services
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation
